Super Enamel or Fibre Glass covered copper wires & strips are used for winding. Class of insulation is 'B' & 'F' Transformers are impregnated under vacuum for best insulation & long life operation.

These are Shell Type Transformers manufactured using standard E & I laminations from Type 17 to 8 covering a range from 1 VA to 2500 VA as per IS 6297

REACTORS
We manufacture Iron Core & Air Core Reactors as per IS 5553
Application : As tuning of Filter Reactors to be used in series with capacitors for reducing or blocking harmonics
As Line Reactors in series with DC drive to suppress the spikes in supply voltage
As filters chokes in DC supply.
Desing & Construction Reactors are designed for 30% overload continuosly & which will not saturate at 150% of rated current. They are designed for continuous operation in an ambient temp 60oC with natural Air Cooling. Temp. class as 'F'. Reactors are fitted with thermal overload protector in one coil.
A) Core is made out of CRGO lamination.
B) Coils are made with SE/DFG Coper Strip Class 'F'
C) Interlayer insulation by Normex Paper.
D) Inductors are vacuum impregnated with 'F' Class Varnish followed by over pressure
E) Frame parts duly powder coated
F) Termination on Epoxy Insulators.
